What items are returnable? All items can be returned within 15 days of receipt of your shipment in original condition. “Consumable” items like dampers, filters, tubings, wipers, cappers if used or with ink cannot be returned. You accept responsibility for proper installation. If you are not sure how to install the print head or any other spare, contact a trained repair technician to do the installation. About printheads, All Print Heads provides manufacturer warranty and its valid only for 10 days after the purchase. The printhead will be only replaced after the print head manufacturer evaluates the print head and confirms that there was no defect caused by fluids used, electrical surges, Improper Installation. Printhead warranty does not cover printheads that have been misused, altered, neglected, handled carelessly, or damaged due to improper cleaning or unauthorized repairs. All Print Heads does not take any responsibility for damages.
